Greetings from the sunny shores of Northern Cyprus! 🌴 My name is Svetlana Buyukbektas and I am very pleased to become your real estate agent at ERA Excellence Real Estate. As a resident of this magnificent paradise and a dedicated real estate professional, I will be your assistant in everything related to real estate in Northern Cyprus. 18 years ago, our family decided to start a new chapter of our lives by moving to Turkey, to the cozy city of Bodrum, from beautiful St. Petersburg. I am a cybernetic economist, graduated from St. Petersburg State University. At the beginning of my journey in Turkey, I worked for a year in a hotel, which was an important stage of adaptation after moving. Then I started working as a realtor at the “Mandalinci” agency, and a year later I opened my own real estate, “My Bodrum”. In 2011 I have moved to Tauranga, New Zealand, where we lived for 8 years. During this time, we successfully opened and sold 7 Mediterranean restaurants, developing them to a profitable level. In 2021 we returned, and I am again involved in the world of real estate as a certified realtor. I love working with people and helping solve their issues. My experience and passion for real estate and successful restaurant entrepreneurship make me your trusted guide in the world of investing.
